APORS & High Risk Infant Program

The Adverse Pregnancy Outcome Recording System is a follow up program designed to minimize disability in high-risk infants by identifying as early as possible conditions requiring further evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment by assuring an environment that will promote optimal growth and development. These babies are followed from birth through 2 years of age. The Perry County Health Dept. assists families in caring for infants with special needs.
